Unfortunately, this group complained about the service and left no tip. I suspect that the older man leading the group was simply frustrated with life, as he called the manager over to voice his complaints. In my heart, I feel that this lovely young waitress didn't deserve the disrespect she received. It troubled me to see her treated that way. To the manager of the restaurant, I hope you appreciate your hardworking employees like the ones I encountered today. Please take customer complaints with a grain of salt; I trust you know your staff well and recognize that they would never be intentionally hurtful.

This place consistently delivers a great experience. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, the service is good, and the timing is decent. They used to be quicker, but since the pandemic, service has slowed down everywhere. Nevertheless, this restaurant is above average. If you enjoy Bob E Vans as much as I do, definitely give it a try!

The waitstaff is always very friendly at this restaurant. Occasionally, things don't go exactly as planned, but it's clear they are putting in a lot of effort, so I'm fine with it! The manager always makes sure to check in on us as well.
