I would advise against hiring local workers who are genuinely eager to work. It’s disappointing to see that they didn't live up to expectations. Unfortunately, I won’t be supporting this establishment again.

I cannot recommend dining here. The customer service is poor. The owner appears to be openly racist and doesn’t hire people of color or Indigenous individuals who are looking for work. She rarely engages with her customers and hardly ever smiles. If you’re going to work in customer service, it’s important to be welcoming, not unfriendly. This place feels very different from how I remember it, and it's truly disappointing.

I moved to the area about six months ago, and I really enjoy visiting this café. They probably have the best-priced nachos in Alberta, and they taste great! The sandwiches and soups are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly. Some of the negative reviews seem to come from people who don’t realize how busy the staff can be making drinks and other orders. So if they don’t greet you as you walk in during a rush, keep that in mind. They have always been kind to me and my children.

Great little coffee shop. Had a fancy coffee and the best breakfast ever. They use real ham and thick bacon. I'll be back!

Had breakfast here before travelling home after an air bnb stay for the weekend. The breakfast was great, the shop was cute, had great service.
