Momma Payne's Diner - West Virginia

Eat local!!!! Had dinner with Kim this evening here. She ordered the chicken parmigiana and I had the double cheeseburger with fries. The cheeseburger was cooked fully and had great flavor. The fries were crispy and extremely tasty without excess salt. Kims chicken parmigiana was served hot on a nice bed of spaghetti, smothered in cheese. Very good flavor and huge portion! Well done Momma Payne’s! Sorry no pics as we were both famished and cleared our plates too quickly. Lol

Friendly service good food what's not to like. I had the pulled pork it was delish.

First time in Clendenin. We went for lunch and I had the Sunburnt Burger and he had the hotdog with chili cheese and bacon. The food was amazingly delicious and the service was wonderful!

Their double cheese burger with bacon is AWESOME!!! The chili cheese fries are to die for!!!

1st timer — ordered Blue Creek Special sandwich definitely not the sandwich that has always been served on Elk River, need to add ham pastrami for it to be real and use thinner sliced bread say maybe italian.
