Fujiyama Japanese Steak House

We absolutely LOVE this place. Ricky bobby is the chief we always request. He is so much fun he cooks the food in front of us. Makes jokes. This place is great for a date night, for birthdays anything really.

The service was very slow taking over 90 minutes. the food came out pretty lukewarm and when i got a chicken and scallop meal i got 4 scallops and about 8 small pieces of chicken the veggie were almost raw. we came here for a bachelor party dinner and HIGHLY recommend not to come here

Our waitress was very nice, but the food was not. We had the steak, chicken, and veggie hibachi meals. Nobody enjoyed their dish. I did not try the rice, but the fried noodles seemed to have no sauce, flavor, or seasoning besides LOTS of pepper. I mean a TON of pepper. I couldn't eat them The staff is lovely, but I would NOT suggest this restaurant to any other travelers because of the high price and bad food. $70 for three meals that nobody liked, and that was with our hotel discount.

Ate there tonight after a long day at New River Gorge National Park. The food was delicious. Best hibachi I have ever had. We literally cleaned our plates. I love to cook. I'm really critical because I cook. There are no criticisms I can make. From the front door back it was clean, personable, and there were smiles everywhere. Our waitress was awesome. Highly recommend.

The food here is pretty good. No hibachi grills are open at the moment as they are short of chefs. The service is pretty fast and the staff is courteous. They always have special sushi rolls and I have never been disappointed with any of them.
