Cold Stone Creamery - West Orange

I visited for lunch with my kids and we were very pleased with the service and the ice cream. There was no crowd, and the two gentlemen managing the restaurant did an excellent job. Thank you, we will definitely return!

I tried the German chocolate and Mario birthday ice cream creations, and they were both just okay. While they satisfied my craving, I don’t feel the need to have them again.

We visited this location on January 5, 2020, at 3 PM, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The place itself was very clean, and there were plenty of parking spaces available since it’s situated in a strip mall. I got to sample a few ice cream flavors before making my selection. I really enjoyed my choice of strawberry blonde, which had crispy graham cracker bits, generous chunks of strawberries, and whipped cream. However, I do have one suggestion: the ice cream could be served colder. It was a Sunday with temperatures in the 40s Fahrenheit, and I noticed that the ice cream started melting before I finished even half of my cup. I would definitely return to this place the next time I'm in the area.
