They have 3-4 items labeled with vegan, but I think the only one that is worth getting is the garlic tofu.

The menu is small to begin with but the few vegan options are labeled. I had the spicy garlic tofu rice dish and it was absolutely delicious. Even the salad it came with was yummy. Can't wait to go back and try the vegan Pho.

I have the Tofubahn mi without Mayo and the Tofu reels. Both were pretty bland. Update 11/13/22: A year later I decided to try this place again. I felt sick with a cold, so I got the vegan Pho in the hope that it would feel better. I had a much better experience this time, so I am updated to 4 stars. There were many vegetables in the Pho and the price was cheaper than many other places in the area. The broth was delicious and tasteful. That was one of the better Pho's I had, and I would definitely get it back. Updated by previous review on 2021-11-12

Eating is not the most amazing thing at all, but it is solid. Noodles remind me of Panda Express Chow.
