The pimento cheese dip was excellent. The portions were small considering how they describe themselves on Google, and along with the taste and quality, the price was not justified in my opinion. The service was so-so, not rude, just not super inattentive. My coffee cup sat empty most of our visit.

Every time we go to Tupelo we have such a sad experience. Trying to give everyone a second and third chance plus we love to go on weekends so we tried it on weekdays and the service is terrible. The receptionist are rude and always has an attitude and the waitress and waiters seem miserable. Wait times are long but more seriously their staff is much to be desired. They are poorly managed because I know many that have had same issues and have mentioned it to managements and they just don’t care. Super unprofessional.. save your money

After nine years, we returned to this restaurant where we had beautiful memories and where the biscuits used to be complimentary. We heard that some changes were made after COVID, which we didn’t mind in terms of price, but the quality of the biscuits and blueberry jelly now tastes and looks different, which made me sad However, the main course—sweet and spicy fried chicken with mac and cheese—was delicious. Overall, it feels good to be back in town for a vacation.

Love the food, the service, and the atmosphere. Long waits at times, and how staff copes with that can change the experience.
