Papa Johns Pizza - West Knoxville

Always best in quality of food as well as service!!

Overall the pizza was Papa John’s standard pizza. The problem was we called in an order and they said it would be 20-30 minutes. I showed up about 25 minutes and did they did not have my order or any record of it being called in. I should have walked out but with 3 hungry grandchildren and it being 6:20 pm I did not have a lot of options. I reordered and waiting the 20 or so minutes. During the wait they came back up to me and asked me, “What was the name on the order?” Then they almost didn’t catch that I ordered two pizzas not one. Needless to say it was a lot of time wasted. Sure it was a Friday night and they were busy, but most restaurants are busy on a Friday night. I don’t recommend this particular franchise. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Papa Johns is the best... Way better than Domino's.
