Hardee’s - West Knoxville

Was pulled up asked for salt and ketchup had to have employee go back inside to get it. Cashier had the personality of a brick wall

I’m done. Food just keeps getting worse. Why? Why did they ruin it? They turned Hardees around years ago. It was so good. Now it’s much worse than it was before. Why? Profit? You’ve lost another customer. The food is so bland I can’t stand it. I’ve added Hardee’s to the list of places I never go McDonalds and Krystal. Bottom of the barrel. Goodbye.

I went there for breakfast, ordered a Frisco combo meal, medium. They charged me $16, which I'm fairly sure was wrong (should have been half that price, even these days) and waited 40 minutes to get my meal in the drive thru. I definitely won't go back to this location. If I could give them negative stars I would for overcharging me and the time I had to wait for my 1 medium meal.

I ordered the New Fisco Breakfast Burger. Half of the burger was crunchy. Bo bacon on it and took 20 minutes to get just get just the burger.

Great breakfast food ...at least employees acknowledge you existed
