Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

If .I .could give 0 stars I would do not stop here and eat at all that's a warning the food was cold as hell the staff was very rude especially the young child in the front playing. Over people food I will not. Be coming back here

Rude as hell tweakers working here. Didn't wrap the biscuit right, didn't give me the sauce I asked for. Also no receipt. I won't be back here ever

Stopped from out of town. Sat in the drive thru with 3 other cars. We all waited about 10 mins. No one came to the speaker. Pulled around and went in, no one came up to take our order. Promptly left got back on the road. Wasted my time.

The lady at the window dropped my food picked it up with her bare hands and handed it to me when asked for a new order she looked offended but seriously I will not go back there

This place was interesting, we were served by a sweet lady named Sarah. She needs to be in place for management. She was the only employee working besides one young gentleman. The manager of the place was very rude to Sarah, while he was flirting with the druve through girl. Cars were waiting for food for over 30 min while we were waiting on our food. Sarah was the only one who cared that people were waiting on there food. SMH that manager needs to be retrained or just needs to find another job because he flat out doesn't care about the folks coming in or the employees he rather flirt than handle business. As we at there and ate we saw people walk out due to not being helped. Dive through girl eating while people are waiting flat out is rude af! Only then as my wife took photos of what was going on then manager decided to help a gentleman that came in complaining waiting for his food. The older gentleman in a gray shirt him and his wife walked out. I hope the owner sees thus review and makes Sarah the manager she's the only one who cares about the business. Very disappointed and the food well you get it. Sucks because I love Bojangles!
