Pura Vita - West Hollywood

I am thoroughly impressed! My colleague brought me to this restaurant and I was amazed. The bread and pizza were definitely my favorites. Without a doubt, the best vegan food I have ever tasted. Their drinks are also amazing. The atmosphere inside is lovely, not too fancy but nice. Our waiter was very sweet and provided excellent service. This place has delicious food and is a perfect spot for a date.

Perfect for a romantic date night or casual hangout with friends. The food is top-notch! The menu is extensive and the flavors are carefully crafted. The kale Caesar salad is unmatched in the city. I also enjoyed the margarita pizza and Brussels sprouts. The hostess was wonderful, helping us with our reservation mix-up and finding a table for us. Our server, Tom, truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and passionate. Thanks to Tom and the Pura Vita team for a fantastic evening.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! We were fortunate enough to be seated last minute on a Saturday night. The food was incredibly tasty – I didn't even realize it was vegan until after the meal! The flavors were expertly combined, and the staff struck the perfect balance of attentiveness. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try.

My #thankyouthursday review is late but, for Pura Vita, it was worth the wait because it is also a Thanksgiving review! Truly special! We came here for the Thanksgiving Feast special. The plate contains maplewood smoked jackfruit, porcino mushroom gravy, sage apple ciabatta stuffing, roasted garlic whipped potatoes, candied Brussels sprouts, and cranberry sauce. It is vegan comfort food on a plate! So good! The Thanksgiving feast is an annual special on the menu that starts the week before Thanksgiving and is available until the day before Thanksgiving Day. (They are closed on Thanksgiving Day). The items on the plate are also available for catering. Highly suggest! For dessert we got the equally delicious and special pumpkin cheesecake. It's so moist and delicious. If I didn't know it was vegan, I wouldn't know! We had so much fun having an early Thanksgiving feast here. It's my fave foodie holiday so this was a special treat. Service is always friendly. Our server, Calvin, was the best waiter! Everything was perfect. THANK YOU PURA VITA! Thank you for bringing wonderful, delicious vegan Italian food to LA!! I had dinner here last night while in LA, and realized I've never written a review! Pura Vita is one of my favorite vegan restaurants. It's on the pricier, fancier side but I enjoy the ambience and especially the food. I've had various dishes over the years and none of them have disappointed. The service is super quick too. Make reservations!
