The Pendry is my new favorite hotel in LA. The location and views are amazing. I love the decor of the rooms. They sent me a beautiful welcome amenity and all of their staff were friendly accommodating. I also recommend the spa if you have time.

David the bar tender was amazing friendly, and he knows a lot about drinks very knowledgeable very chill and calm its a must the place its very cute! Love

Pendry West Hollywood is a little nice comfy but luxury hotel with a really nice rooftop and with and I’ll saw customized customer service. During my stay in LA I enjoyed pendry the most. I have literally nothing to complaint about. Everything was at point. We had dinner at the rooftop and breakfast on the first floor restaurant both were exquisite. Rooms are not huge but you get a luxury feel even inside their smaller size.

I chose the Pendry for my first vacation to LA as the Baltimore location was awesome. I am happy I went with Pendry WeHo. The staff were excellent from start to finish! Shoutout to Carla and Jay at the front desk, and Adrienne at the concierge! Top of the line customer service and interpersonal interactions! Make sure you hit up Adrienne for recommendations of things to do around LA. Shoutout Chuck for his LA Guided Tour service.Be sure to try out Merois and Ospero. Both restaurants are available on site. Both have excellent bars. Shoutout to the servers and staff who work breakfast at Ospero! Exceptional service.The Spa Pendry, gym, steam room, rooftop … all excellent.When using ride share be sure you put in Pendry West Hollywood, not the address. For some reason the address takes drivers across the street.I plan to return next time I am in LA.
