Coffee Juice Smoothie - West Hollywood

The restaurant claims to be open until 1 AM, but when I went there for a smoothie at 10:30 PM, it was closed, even though I saw someone cleaning inside. I ended up driving over for no reason. This feels like false advertising, and I won’t be returning.

Terrible customer service. I went in for a smoothie, which typically takes no more than 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes without any service. They seated me at a table and assured me once that they were preparing my smoothie, but I never got it. I definitely won't be returning. Additionally, there was only one other table being attended to at the time.

I ordered a coffee through DoorDash, and it took over an hour just for it to leave the restaurant.

While staying in WEHO, my friends and I had decided to order smoothies at night because we were craving them. I had placed an order through Uber eats and an hour had went by and 4 drivers later I was confused as to what to what was going on. With the location only being a few miles down the road, we decided to drive there to see why it was taking an hour to make 4 smoothies. Came to find out that Uber had their closing time wrong and that 4 drivers had come and gone with our order that I was charged for. Paul was so kind and remade our smoothies even after they had closed and was super polite and chill about it. I will definitely be returning here when I'm back in LA for more photoshoots. They definitely know how to execute customer service!
