Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe order from this Starbucks, albeit through UberEats, on nearly a daily basis and the food and drinks are CONSISTENTLY delicious and the order is always correct! My totally picky eating, 15 year-old son favors the Turkey bacon and egg white breakfast sandwich. He inhales 3 sandwiches with every order, as they are a little on the small side for a 6?1 athletic kid! One would be sufficient for the average eater! Lol! He absolutely LOVES this sandwich. My daughter, husband, and I typically order items at random, the pumpkin bread, the blueberry muffin, the blueberry oatmeal, the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, the bagels, and croissants?all are really delicious. My drink of choice is the green tea Frappuccino, it?s delicious, and provides a nice caffeine kick to start my day, although I typically reserve purchasing this drink for days that I?m sleep deprived, as it is definitely packed with calories, ???? but VERY Delicious! Of the hundreds of times I?ve ordered from this Starbucks, this order has NEVER been wrong once. THAT my friends, is excellent management and exceptional customer service! 10 for 10 in my book!
Can be a little hit and miss items missing from the order, poorly heated hot drinks etc. But when they get it right, it?s worth it!! My go to order 1 Venti soy cap 1 Bottled water 2 Berry parfait
I had a VERY disappointing morning. Not only was my order not ready but it was wrong. When I received my beverage I had said ?I ordered iced? they said ?oh if it doesn?t say ice on it then you didn?t.? I looked briefly and replied with ?oh no I guess I didn?t.? the barista replied and said ?I can make you one real quick.? I then replied and said ?no it?s ok I am late.? Once I entered my car I noticed it did say ICED. What I have noticed at this Starbucks location is that the staff is very slow and they do not pay attention unless there supervisor is there. I don?t know her name but when I go in and I pick up my order she is there getting work done and she always tells me to have a good day, I really appreciate when she does that. Who doesn?t like to hear that in the morning? So it is sad when I go in and I see that she is not there I know the staff will have bad attitude, lag and won?t pay attention. Don?t get me wrong I know the mornings can be a lot I am not saying they need to make a drink in one min BUT they do need to PAY ATTENTION. I never do reviews but I have had it. The staff shouldn?t rely on that one woman and should be able to do it themselves.
Horrible! Waited more then 25 minutes for two drinks. Definitely don't recommend this Starbucks. Go next door in Pavillions friendly staff better customer service!
I seldom go anywhere since the pandemic. The care and kindness of the young barista reminded me how wonderful it is to be appreciated. Great service.
