They offer standards like: egg, water and onion, as well as salt, pumpernickel, bialis and a flat onion. They have a large variety of spreads: from plain and light versions of cream cheese, to lox, strawberry and jalapeno spreads. They make bagels with eggs, with smoked salmon, etc. An older couple items and runs the shop..the owners are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Prices are more than reasonable.
