Subway - West Helena

My online order was marked as completed before it was even started when I arrived. When I received the sandwich, it was incorrect, and when I politely asked to have the vegetables removed, the staff refused to help. To make matters worse, my card has been charged twice, and I can't reach anyone by phone. This place feels like a complete scam. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

@sydneejohnston, I’m not sure where you went, but it definitely wasn’t the Subway in Helena, AR. I've only ever had great experiences there. I can only imagine the workers wish they had an app to leave a review about you! I’m sure they were wishing they had brought sunglasses and a COVID mask when they saw you walk in.

I ordered a sandwich from the Subway in Helena, AR, along with some chips and a cookie. After returning home, I enjoyed my sandwich and was looking forward to the cookie. However, when I took the cookie out of the bag, I discovered several pieces of hair, which appeared to be some kind of fur. Disappointed, I immediately threw it away. I cannot recommend the Subway in Helena, AR, as their cleanliness and customer service leave much to be desired. If you’re interested in discovering pet or animal fur in your cookies, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would suggest looking elsewhere. P.S. I felt compelled to rate my experience, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve a single star.
