It could have been great, but I ordered a super Sonic double cheeseburger and instead received a single cheeseburger.
I placed an order at Sonic in West Helena, Arkansas, this morning, but there was an accidental mix-up with my order. The manager, Loni Norwood, promptly addressed the issue and worked to get my order right. She remade my meal without hesitation. I highly recommend checking out the Sonic drive-thru in West Helena; they truly deserve more than 5 stars for their service. If you have any concerns or issues, don't hesitate to reach out to them.
All the dishes were precisely as we ordered, and the food was served promptly. It was a great experience!
Patrick, Chris, and Kayla are just awesome!! Always cheerful and smiling no matter what. And always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied if my order is every wrong
