Sonic Drive-in - West Columbia

Employees are treated horribly, the store is unsanitary and unorganized, roaches have been seen in multiple areas of this restaurant.Harassment by other employees goes unpunished.Overall this restaurant is in serious need of better management, and inspection.

All the Sonics in this area except the one in Lake Jackson Texas has many serious problems. To list them all would make this review too long so I won't. Just beware of the Sonics in West Columbia, Brazoria and Sweeny. Confirm, reconfirm, check then double check your orders. And be prepared to hear the items you want are unavailable, even though the Lake Jackson Sonic always has them. It's very frustrating dealing with these 3 Sonics.

Mess up my order 2 times in a row hamburger no meat on 2 burgers go back and they do the same thing and they wouldn't give me the number to report it

Good food whenever you finally get it. I’ve been sitting behind two cars for 10 minutes now and I’m not even sure if they’ve got their drinks yet. And they always have to repeat you order because they can’t comprehend English apparently

I urge the management to ensure that their employees are well-versed with the menu. It is frustrating to have to explain the menu items to a staff member who should already be familiar with it, especially when they have been working at the restaurant for some time.
