Chick-fil-a - Lake Jackson

My visit to this restaurant was a very unusual experience and unfortunately, it was the worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. I arrived at 8am and was the second car in line with no one else in sight. Despite this, the staff seemed to be already a bit frazzled and rushed. We waited for 10 minutes to place our order, while the five cars behind us quickly received their food. It was disappointing to find out that they had no breakfast items available at 8am, so we ended up ordering hash browns and chicken minis.

This Chick-fil-A is truly amazing, one of the best I've ever been to! The staff and management are top-notch, providing fast and friendly service as well as maintaining a clean environment and serving excellent food. The young woman who took our order was extremely pleasant and the food arrived promptly. My breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious!

Honestly, have I finally found one? I have always felt that the only reason Chick-fil-A may not serve well-made fries or nuggets is because they prioritize efficiency over quality. They often prioritize serving more customers quickly rather than taking the time to cook the nuggets or fries properly. There is absolutely no reason for this other than greed. Customers should be able to order our food the way we like it. Chick-fil-A's quality is usually lacking.

Curbside server was excellently friendly meeting her with a smile. eating is very good. it's one of my favorite lunches, I love Chick-fil-A's

Great service with a smile, food always hits the spot, never takes long time to get our food. The only downside us the crowds.
