Dunkin' - West Burlington

Pretty upset I understand the weather has been bad but I ordered and paid for a dozen and got here yesterday and was told they didn’t have them and that they had 9 but none of them was the kind I ordered so they said they could do them for me the next day and it was more then 7 hours before closed so that made no sense and the next day they are closed. I won’t be coming here anymore I have waisted more gas then what I even paid for doughnuts that I haven’t even got

Went to get some donuts for the crew and they were out. I don't understand how you can be out of your primary business product? Why even open the doors?

I placed my order and attempted to pay.At no point did they, or a sign on the door, say that they did not accept American express credit cards.The card reader even has an American express logo on it.Total waste of time.

Ordered on the app and was able to pick it up within a couple of minutes. Great people and fast service, thanks!

Their coffee brings me more happinesd than my anti-depressants :3
