The food was excellent and the service was superb! We will definitely return whenever we are in West Branch.

The owner acted inappropriately by publicly disparaging two former employees on Facebook, claiming they lack morals and work ethic because they chose to resign, which ultimately led to her business closing. This behavior highlights her true character and raises concerns about supporting her establishment.

We visited on a Friday evening. Typically, I would have opted for the fish fry since perch was on the menu, but after hearing a friend's enthusiastic recommendation for the burgers, I decided to try the patty melt with onion rings instead. My son went for a classic cheeseburger and fries. The food was absolutely delicious. The onion rings came with a delightful dipping sauce. For dessert, I had my heart set on a chocolate brownie, but they were unfortunately out of stock, so I chose a slice of chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream (there were several flavors to choose from) and hot fudge. I wasn't disappointed. My son ordered the chocolate cheesecake, which was also quite good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, despite the hustle and bustle of the restaurant. Plus, there was no loud music, which I appreciated—it was nice to be able to hear the person sitting across from me.

I ordered the double cheeseburger and it was delicious. Burger was cooked all the way through but not burnt. They only had one waitress but she was really friendly and capable or juggling 4 tables and the bad. Went an hour before they closed and did notfeel rushed to finish at all.

Like the new ownership. We quit going before the switch because of previous owner. Very comfortable environment. Food was really good both times. Decent prices. First time had the pollack dinner. Took some home because of quantity. Second time had thepulled pork quesadillas. Also took home a doggy bag. Best I ever had. Friendly service.
