The Lock Stock Barrel - West Berkshire

The best pub in newbury. I lived 25 years ago in the city and I was very glad to see that it didn't change much. it got better!

We had nice time in the lock stock barrel. the atmosphere was great, drinks were good. the place has a beautiful interior and exterior seating area is absolutely fantastic! best view from a pub in whole newbury area.

Four of us had lunch here. Drinks and a cure, each three braincakes and a ham and chips. everything was very delicious, the staff was very pleasant and friendly. we ate outside the river. it is very nice along this stretch with lots of go. total bill was £20 a head

A weekend in newbury this pub was friendly, eating drink beautiful at the river, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

Lovely hidden pub on the canal , great beer and kind workers.
