It's McDonalds. All the grown-up adults should know what to expect by now. If you are unhappy with something here, then go down the street to the next McDonalds.
First time I had an issue with this location I had put in a complaint heard nothing back from the owner they served us uncooked hamburgers and customer service was horrible I decided to try going here again yesterday because it was on the way home my sister has a severe allergy to onions so I got a qp without onions and still got oinions by the time I had notice she had already taken a bite now she is throwing up consistently all through the night don’t know if I should consider legal action with this very disappointed in their food safety practice
14 minute wait for room temp fries( I asked for fresh, fresh means right out the grease with steam 1 cheeseburger, which apparently only comes with 1 pickle no onions( was told the onions are in the beef, which couldn't be seen anywhere, 2 room temp mcchickens( asked for fresh, they just give u what they feel like a flick of lettuce, no mayo( don't kno why all on stale slightly crunchy buns( I asked for them to be steamed between the attitudes on getting my order right before all my food was cold the cashier screaming out orders like were at a train station I really hate I wasted money out my disability check for this, I already kno yall dont care if one customer never returns but don't u dare say anything else about how u should be paid $15/hr because u don't deserve it I will personally make sure that will never happen because u can't follow verbal or written instructions, no customer service skills, nobody should pay u for wasting their time money
I placed an order on the app, drove over and saw the app said I could change from drive thru to counter pickup. I clicked that option and it canceled the whole order, it didn’t even revert it back to drive thru. Which doesn’t make sense as the order had gone through, charged me, and gave me a code. They said that counter pickup is only for doordash now. At this point why even go to restaurants if they only prioritize doordash?
