Fusion Cafe - West Allis

This place was in my Facebook food group and less than a mile from my home. Had eaten all day, so I had an appetite taken my son, and we ran over to the restaurant, didn't know what to expect, but saw the conversation on Facebook and wanted to see what was going on. I was curious that no one ate in the restaurant. We sat and looked at the menu. We chose the short ribs, fried rice dumplings, which were called on Facebook and the pork chickens. We wanted to order short ribs, but the waitress kindly suggested that one serving would be enough for both of us. The food was delivered pretty fast, and the waitress gave us a really cool tip. She said to mix hot pepper oil with vinegar and soy sauce when you dive your dumplings, it was amazing. Each dish was hot, seasoned and a good amount of food served. My son, trying to get out of his kindergarten palette, said we. Will come back to the regular food was great. I just wish more people knew about it. Leave them on the map.

Great food and reasonable prices. I have the general Tso's and roasted beef noodles. Would definitely order again.

This is one of the few authentic Chinese restaurants in Milwaukee area. Enjoy! Remember to ask about the hidden menu item ?chive and egg pancake?. We also ordered the dessert shredded pig with seaweed. It tastes phenomenal!!! A must taste Chinese restaurant.

I am so thrilled that my favorite Chinese restaurant in Columbus now is open in Milwaukee!! Everything tastes so amazing and so fresh! The most authentic NorthEastern Chinese food. Highly recommended, especially if you want something in alternative to spicy chili Chinese food. Definitely a good experience! The sweet and sour crispy pork is phenomenal
