I feel ripped off! Dog end chips, both rice chips tasted like they were cooked twice and laced with salt. 2 of 3 meals were massively disappointing to the point most of them were thrown away. The duck in plum sauce was good. I will not return to this establishment.

Sorry to say, we wished we had read the reviews before. Delivery does take a long time. It was 2 hours on a weekday (driver commented it wasn’t a busy evening) so very disappointed to have to chase several times to check where it was. Food was ok, neither amazing nor terrible but certainly not worth the wait. We won’t be using again.

Terrible service. After ordering online I then found out it would take 1hour 50 minutes to deliver. Understandable it will be busy on a Saturday, but that’s a long wait. After almost 1hour 15 minutes I decided to call to see if it would be quicker if I collected. The gent who I spoke to was quite evasive on the timings but eventually stated that a guaranteed time I could collect to make sure my food would be ready would be about 2hrs 15 minutes after ordering. I decided to cancel my order and after telling me he would cancel the gent then hung up on me while I was still talking! I rang back and he stated that I had sounded quite heated (or words to that effect) and that’s why he had hung up. I admit I was quite frustrated, but did not shout or swear at any time. It was my first experience with this restaurant, and will definitely be my last.

Ordered food at 7.35pm eventually got at 9.25pm, definitely not impressed will not be ordering from them again. We are on holiday had leaflet left in our house so thought would be recommended, no way will be mentioning this in the compliments book where we are staying. Worst takeaway we have ever had they couldn't even get the right address!

Nice customer service very friendly food was okay took a while to make overall pretty decent place not sure if I'd go again
