Domino's Pizza - Wellford

Unfortunately, the quality of service at this location seems to be declining again. I stopped ordering from here several years ago due to poor service, where my food wouldn't arrive and I would get a call after an hour saying my order was canceled. Last week, my marinara sauce was missing from my order, and by the time it finally arrived, the food was cold. Four days ago, after waiting an hour, I called the store to check on my delivery, only to find out that it was still sitting in their warmer, even though the app indicated it had been delivered for over 25 minutes. I'm thankful that my food actually arrived today, but it took more than an hour despite being only 3 miles away, and once again, my order was incorrect. When I contacted the store, they offered me a credit instead of addressing the issue. Overall, the service here is very inconsistent.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered three pizzas, and they were overcooked. When I spoke to the manager, Nathia, she insisted that she made them correctly and refused to offer any solution. I’m spending my hard-earned money, and this lack of professionalism is unacceptable. It’s simple: I expect either a replacement of the pizzas or a credit to my account. Nathia's management is concerning; I believe she could drive this place into the ground. I’m giving this restaurant one star solely due to her poor customer service and the way she treats customers. I would recommend going to Papa John's instead. Well the last couple of times I've ordered I had it delivered and it was right on time and the delivery girl was nice and polite. The pizza was hot and ready to eat. Can't go wrong when ordering from Dominos in Lyman. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

My go-to delivery spot Food is constantly good, and if there's ever an issue they'll reach out to you. My house is hard to find, so its good to know i'll always have a delivery driver i can trust will ensure they go to the right house. Food always cooks and gets here before the estimated arrival time. I was disappointed with my order. Although, my previous pizza orders was hot and fresh. This particular time I ordered a pepperoni pizza which was a special for the week. When I receive my pizza, it wasn't tasty. It tastes like it has been sitting there for a while. This is my first time, experiencing a poor pizza at Domino's, so I know they deliver better pizzas. I recommend, open the box to view your pizza first, that's what I should have done.
