Mcdonald's - Duncan

That is one of the best mcdonalds. loves people and plays area. today I saw a child knocking over a drink that ruins a sibling. it was not mcdonald's fault, but they replaced the meal and drink free. thanks for showing her compassion.

For the third time in a row, I ordered a breakfast meal and was given a medium coffee instead of the small coffee that comes with the meal, despite my request for the small size. The first time, I thought it was a mistake. The second time, I brushed it off. But today, after making it very clear that I did not want the 99 cent plus tax upgrade, I still received the medium coffee. Are employees instructed to automatically upgrade customers' drinks without their consent?

I requested a cheeseburger with only mayo, lettuce, and onion, but received one with all the toppings, including ketchup. The coffee resembled milk, which is not how iced coffee should be. The customer service at this restaurant is also lacking.

I'm not sure who manages this McDonald's, but they should definitely consider promoting the woman who works at the drive-thru window during lunchtime on weekdays. She is extremely fast and efficient, allowing me to quickly get in and out of the restaurant despite the long line. The service at the McDonald's on East Main Street could definitely improve by taking some lessons from this location. I truly believe that the woman who runs the pickup window is the reason for the excellent service here.

This is the only McDonald's where the food didn't taste like McDonald's. I thought everything was supposed to be standard? I tried to go back and waited at the counter for 10 minutes of my break just to walk out without ever having my order taken. Mylast straw was seeing bugs crawl across their giant menu behind the counter. Never going back to this low quality McDonald'sever again.
