Dairy Queen-Brazier - Welland

The parking lot, and all the seating was full, however, the staff was quick in getting the line moving and everyone there orders. The food is typical Dairy Queen - nothing special compared to other locations. Washrooms were very clean and restaurant was well maintained and clean as well.Come here a lot in the summer, never had an issue in 10 years.

Ordered a hamburger at drive thru. It appeared to have been microwaved as duper hot bland overheated thrash.

This place is a nightmare to get through drive thru, takes forever and if you dine in, good luck trying to get out of the one way entrance/exit on a busy night. Food remains good though so we put up with it ..They never give you napkins for a messy ice cream! you have to ask all the time.

Dairy Queen is great when the weather is quite hot, and the Niagara region is quite hot during the summer. I love the blizzards there, especially the Turtle Temptation. They come at all kind of sizes. I took a large one and it did fill me quite well. It was delicious, but not the best for my waste!The clerk was quite good at what she was doing and quite fast as well! The price was reasonable.

Have been seeing the commercials for the Candy Cane blizzard on TV so stopped by last night with my hubby for a treat only to be told they were out of Candy Cane - how is that possible? If you are advertising a product for the holiday season, is it not your job to ensure you have adequate supplies to provide that product? Very disappointed, again, with this particular Dairy Queen.
