Przekaż informację zwrotnąI asked my friend to order a veggie burger without mayo for me. I always make it clear that I want a veggie burger, not a meat one, because some people still get it wrong. When she brought it to me, it was just a bun with mayo, tomato, lettuce, and ketchup - no veggie burger at all. I went back inside to explain to the staff that I wanted a veggie burger, not meat. I told them I had eaten it before and saw it on the menu. I explained it multiple times, but when I got back to work and opened my burger, it was the same thing without the mayo. I called the restaurant, and the person who answered claimed to be the manager, but there was no store manager or email. I tried to get my money back to buy a veggie burger from Harvey's across the street, but my friend had already thrown out the receipt. When I called back to the restaurant, the person who answered did not even identify the restaurant properly. This was the worst food experience I have ever had. The staff were rude and clearly had no idea what a veggie burger was, as they seemed to think it was made of animal meat. A mistake once is understandable, but making the same mistake twice within minutes is unacceptable. I cannot believe a business would not have a proper point of contact. I wonder if other customers were treated this way and if the staff was not familiar with the menu. I have attached pictures to show that there was no veggie burger in my order. I do not recommend this place.
Yesterday, we decided to use the drive-thru at this restaurant and ended up waiting for a long time. There were four cars in front of us and none behind, but the staff seemed to have trouble serving the customers quickly. They had to ask some cars to move up in the lane, which ended up causing a traffic jam. It would be helpful to have designated waiting parking spots to prevent this issue. When I finally reached the window, it seemed like the staff was moving in slow motion and the food production was slow. The quality of the food was average - my Chicken Sandwich was fresh and delicious, but the Cheeseburger was cold. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the restaurant should work on improving the organization and efficiency of their staff to avoid serving low-quality food.
I visited the Welland location on Thursday, March and ordered dinner for my family. I ordered Whopper Combos, a cheeseburger combo meal, chicken fries, and a Whopper Sandwich. When I arrived home, just a minute drive away, the entire meal was cold and the cheeseburger was not plain as requested. I called the restaurant and spoke to a female manager about my issues. She claimed that the meal was not cold as she had cooked part of it herself. I explained once again that everything was indeed cold. She continued to argue with me and implied that I was lying. This kind of customer service is not acceptable.
Service was good,the washrooms are awful, the door handle are not clean at all,cleaned them with a piece of toilet paper,and it was black dirty.the smell was unbearable,will be taking pictures next time,the dirtiest washrooms,in all the fast food restaurants in the city Welland area,Hoping...something will done. thank you
I went on drive-thru April The person who served me lacked customer service skills to say the least. I asked him times for ketchup and got a rude response. He proceeded to hand me the bag and I open it no ketchup....I ask him again for ketchup and proceeds to throw it in my truck, I could not believe what Brandon just did then I ask him to speak to the manager and he hides so I can't see him. I shut off my truck I wasn't going anywhere until I spoke to a manager. Finally West the manager comes to the window and I tell her what just happened and she says I will talk with him. Unbelievable I would have fired him on the spot, this was unacceptable. No receipt to file a complaint on BK website.
