Mt. Shasta Brewing Co. - Weed

This restaurant is a great spot with dedicated camper parking for Harvest Host members. The parking area should be more level, but there is plenty of space. They offer a wide variety of food, including ribs and vegetarian flatbread pizzas, as well as a selection of beers. The bartender/Brewer is very knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed the jalapeño pickle beer. There is live music both indoors and outdoors, with play areas and fire pits. The backdrop of Mount Shasta adds to the ambiance. Overall, it is a fantastic place to stop, and I look forward to returning in the summer.

My friend and I wanted to try a couple of beers. we loved the lazy ipa. they have a great outdoor area where we can drink and have our pups outside. beautiful staff. would definitely recommend!

Not really sure what was going on in there tonight? We drove from Sacramento, on our way back to Washington state. Definitely hungry and ready for a beer. We were super excited to find a brewery open. We walked in to 3 parties quietly staring at us, 1 extremely drunk girl bawling at the bar and no staff???? We waited at the bar for a good solid 10-15 minutes. I know someone is around based on the severely drunk party of 3 at the bar??? Super disappointed.

The pizza was awesome, loaded with toppings, and thin crunchy crust. Will definitely stop by again!

What a fun find. Nothing about this place is new and that’s the best part. It’s an old bones, western saloon meets mountain town environment leaving you wondering but enjoying it at the same time. Like the west, it has wide open spaces but like a mountain resort there’s plenty of things to do. Drink, eat, throw darts and have some laughs, you won’t regret stopping by for a party or leisurely afternoon.
