Taco Bell - Waycross

It was 9:15 at night and I came in and ordered 3 of the 12 pack boxes of tacos!They had a line full at the drive through an there was also a couple of people inside before me when I placed my order.The staff and MOD was awesome!It didn’t take but maybe 20 minutes my food was well organized in the box!To the crew that was there tonight!Thank you guys!You guys are doing great!??

As thing get more and more expensive the demand for quality will also grow. When you could at one time buy enough food for two people at a fast food restaurant for and was less than $15.00 that was okay. Now it is costing somewhere between $30.00 to $40.00. Since the prices are so much higher the demand for quality of the food and service is going to be required. Something as simple as leaving out the hot sauce at the drive through will not be tolerated since it's the sauce that makes the food taste better. I went to three restaurants tonight to gather the food everyone wanted. Hardee's did not put any napkins in the bag, KFC has stopped selling the hot wings, and Taco Bell after asking me if I would like sauce and me telling them yes please, hot sauce is a must with my burritos. Did not put any sauce at all in the bag. Taco Bell needs to step up the performance of their employees since employees across the nation has stepped up the demand for more pay. Hot sauce, that was all I needed and with out it I trashed two burritos. Thank you for not doing what you were paid to do.

Went today ordered a taco supreme crunchy no sour cream and a beef chalupa supreme no sour cream. Taco was perfect but when I opened what I expected to be my chalupa it was nothing more than a soft shell taco supreme. I was very disappoint because my taste buds were set on the chalupa not a soft shell taco. Next time I will check before I leave the window.

I deliver door dash from here and I have ate from here. Last time I ate from here, my order was so burnt, I had to just cut the ends off the taco and eat the middle. Also, I went to pick up a door dash from here one evening (2 cars in drive thru, no one inside but me) and stood at the counter for 20 minutes, no one asked to help, they walked past me multiple times, no acknowledgement, it was like I was invisible to them. Finally, a guy that wasn't working the front counter asked me what I was waiting on and gave me the order that was ready the whole time. I have never in my life been to a fast food place that was this rude. I would understand if they were busy, but they weren't and 2 of the workers walked past me to go sit in the lobby and eat, ridiculous! They could have hollered at someone to come deal with the customer but they didn't. At one point, 2 of them came up to the register and did something while talking to each other, while I'm standing directly in front of them and then just walked off. It seriously blew my mind. I even waited 2 weeks before typing this review because I didn't want to type it in anger.

A table spoon of meat and the Lettuce was so soggy the toco was so Disgusting never will go
