Olive Garden Italian - Waycross

Generous with 3 stars. the personal is polite, but rather unorganized. last year on Valentine's Day had a terrible experience, but wanted to give a second chance. to summarize it, serive was quite slow for how busy it is not. our server forget the half of my order and the mix drink my gf ordered tasteless

The waitress was amazing she placed the food at the proper time. She's been there 5yrs sweet black girl. I don't remember her name I'm sorry.

Great food! Great service! All of the staff were very friendly. We loved it!

Food was good, but my man carlos stole the show. Best waiter I've ever had there. He was around enough to always get timely refills and whatever we needed, but not so much that it felt like he was smothering us. Definitely get that guy a raise, he puts in work and it genuinely felt like he cares about the customer.

My 9 year old son Draven I came in right around lunch time noon on the Sunday before last for my 43rd Birthday on 7/17/2022 to eat have a good time. Well, I would've given Waycross' Olive Garden Restaurant a 5 STAR review just bc of the sweet amazing service we'd gotten from the beautiful young lady, Nyra, who was our waitress during our whole experience on that day but bc of the manager, I was billed twice...I had a QR CODE to be scanned for a Free Appetizer/Dessert I'd gotten in my email for my birthday. Miss Nyra told me she'd make sure to have the male manager who was on duty, the time, to make sure my appetizer would be taken off from my final bill before I payed for it with my debit card. Well, right after I'd payed the bill, she told me how I'd been charged for my appetizer anyway, even after the manager was supposed to have fixed my final bill where it should've been removed after she'd scanned the free QR CODE for it not only, did he not make sure it was taken off my final bill before I paid for it, I was charged twice too. I was furious bc I didn't have enough money in my account to pay for them, both so I had to figure out a way to send myself enough money to my debit card fast enough to cover that extra bill that it should've never been charged with in the first place...Idk why he didn't but he should've just credited the extra amount, after my card got charged with my appetizer for the first bill, back to my debit card instead. What would he have done if I wasn't able to instantly send enough money to myself to be able to pay for that second bill too? I didn't want to bother Nyra or ruin my birthday to even ask her to speak with that manager bc it wasn't either one of us who had done anything wrong I surely didn't want Nyra to get into any kind of trouble for a mistake that he had clearly made...I've witnessed a few servers hosts several restaurants I've worked in the past get punished or fired for many different mistakes that were actually made by a manager or someone else of higher authority. Nyra, you most definitely get a review from me Draven...thanks again for the amazing service you gave us on my birthday.
