We came at a very early time and so this could have contributed to our lacklustre experience. The staff were friendly, and we were seated and told it was about 20 mins for the oven to heat up. We were hungry, and whilst we so wanted to love this place the pizza wasn’t really to our taste. The base was alright and the toppings were minimal. The pasta left us miserable. The pasta was way over cooked and the ragu bland very odd, and even odder that the feedback has been so positive from so many people. Compared to the plenty of competition out there think braci, glorietta and even Italian st kitchen this place does not compare.

As for the food, the pizza was just okay; the crust had an odd, somewhat boiled texture. The lamb ragu pasta was very bland. Given the abundance of great pizza options nearby, this experience felt very underwhelming, and the lack of basic communication only added to my disappointment.

I was very impressed with the pizza I had (4 salami) – it's like the Kylian Mbappé of pizzas!

The staff was lovely, but unfortunately, the pizza did not live up to expectations. This is a very basic pizza place, and the pizzas are not made in a wood-fired oven. The crust tastes bland, almost like plain white bread, and the ingredients are quite mediocre. For example, the mozzarella is not fresh. Given all this, the pizza turned out to be disappointing: it was a soggy mess of cheese that slid around in the box. Parsley was listed as an ingredient, but there was so little of it that it added no flavor at all. I have attached a picture from their website next to the actual product for comparison.
