Jimmy John's was attentive and efficient in taking our order, making us wonder if subway could learn a thing or two from them!
We made the mistake of ordering through the app, which was our first mistake. It is better to order in person so you can supervise the sandwich making process. Unfortunately, our order was completely messed up. My sandwich was supposed to have chipotle sauce but instead had sweet onion and very few vegetables. My wife's order was supposed to have extra veggies but had very few, and the meat was barely noticeable. They also added several vegetables to my son's sandwich that he didn't ask for, and his sandwich was supposed to have honey mustard but had chipotle instead, which made it soggy by the time we got home. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of our sandwiches. Subway has really declined in quality.
My family placed an online food order at 7:50pm and our order was supposed to be ready by 8:10. However, my fiancé ended up waiting outside the door for 20 minutes. Despite the staff seeing him multiple times, they refused to open the door for him to retrieve our order. When I called to inform them that he was waiting outside, they acted as if they were unaware of the situation. The staff displayed immaturity and were unable to handle an upset customer (for valid reasons) without hanging up on me. I was very disappointed in the young employees working there.
That must be the worst subway we've ever been. thanks for having taken care of us in waverly this evening. jimmy john’s was really helpful to take our order and don’t complain maybe subway should take a lection!
We ordered by the app that was the first mistake. it is best to order there so that they can monitor the people who make the sandwich. they have completely failed our order. my sandwich was piled to have chipotle sauce, it had sweet wobbles and barely sweet. the order of my wife should have been extra sweet and hardly had anything and she could not even taste the meat. they put several sweets on the sandwich of my sohnes, which he should not have all for and his sandwich should have honey scavenging and, instead, had chipotle and so much of that we drove the 3 miles to get home, it was a soggy chaos and had to be eaten with a fork. the subway is really on the hill.
