Tapatio Mexican Grill - Waverly

Nice atmosphere and very clean. Staff was nice and helpful even though it was quite busy. Because of how busy the didn't notice people waiting and a couple left. I walked over to look in the dining area and then they noticed me and came to seat us. Salsa that came with chips was very good and it had little bit of a kick. Plenty of food on each plate.

Not pictured are the 4 corn tortillas that came with the order, but I had the pork fajitas. Delicious! Will definitely be going here again sometime.

I live in Cedar Falls, but I drive to Waverly 20 min just to go to Tapatio. Even though there are lots of Mexican restaurants in CEdar Falls and Waterloo, Tapatio is hands down the best Mexican place not only in the area, but that I've tried in the Midwest. Hands down! My birthday? Tapatio. Anniversary? Tapatio. Valentine's? Tapatio. I just love it THAT MUCH. The Burrito Dos Amigos is my absolute favorite: ginormous, two different burritos in one, and the pork half in green sauce is to die for. You have to try it!

I have a first date here today. very nice restaurant. eating was typical Mexican food. the service was good and eating came fast! I'd go back, but it's nothing to write home.

Eating is always great! the personal is amazing! to eat one of our favourites!
