Toluca's - Waukegan

We ordered taco plates, chips, salsa and guacamole to go for an order for my job and everything was amazing. From ordering exactly right with Edwin to everything ready for time and correct! All our employees said the tacos were amazing and we will definitely order again! Thanks for the delicious food and great service

This place was so amazing! We enjoyed dinner at an extremely busy night, and the service was still amazing. Courtesy staff, our server was the owner son. When we left, he treated us to a vodka shot, he called “the Wille Schmied”.... It was so good! Had Mexican spice candy around the rim. Would go again!

The food was great! Steak is so well done, not too dry or chewing, its exactly done. The shrimps are large and juicy. def enjoyed my lunch.

The dishes at this restaurant are huge. I could barely finish the grilled fish. Everything is expertly prepared. The servers are polite and attentive. The music is always playing, but it's not too loud. And the drinks are amazing! I got a little tipsy from just one margarita. I highly recommend this place if you're in Waukegan, IL.
