BELIEVE the HYPE. There is a REASON the line goes out the door and around the building. There are the BEST carnitas in the area! People come from as far as San Jose to eat here. Downside, ever since COVID, they never went to indoor dinning. You can only take your food to go. Oh well, take your POUNDS of carnitas with home made tortillas, salsa and make a picnic out of it. In your car, at home, or at a park. Delicious CARNITAS
Carnitas are very tasty, salsa was nice. Every time I go to Watsonville it's one of the must have stops.
