Sukho Thai - Watsonville

We eat quite a bit thai and it can vary quite from place to place. some places can make a spicy dish and others seem as if they had the right ingredients to make the right spices/wax. sukhothai made us some tasteful dishes with heat that do not overwhelm to the point of spicy without taste. we had larb, pad see ewe, and some apps. the larbe was spicy with good taste, the rice noodles were not ordered spicy, but came in him without sprouts (one in my book). not much filler in the shell. the apps were huhn satay and fried tofu. both were good. a good meal with a happy attentive staff.

There were two or three couples there when I arrived, so it wasn 't very busy (12 pm on a Thursday). Our order was received just as we 'd asked. The beef salad was yummy, though it felt more americanized with the lettuce salad expectation. I wasn 't a fan of the amount of sweetness in the pad thai; although the other person at my table liked it. The service was great, but I wouldn 't go back for the food.

Delicious authentic Thai food, great service and decor. Definitely must try... especially their coconut FBI

I love this restaurant. Staff is always friendly and food is always good. I love their spicy basil chicken dish and pineapple fried rice.

My husband and I discovered this place through doordash. Watsonville doesn't have that many options, so we thought we'd give it a try. So often, Thai food is served really spicy, and this place keeps it moderate, which I appreciate. Our normal order includes fresh rolls, which comes with peanut sauce that is just perfect. One order is enough for two. We also really love the Tom Kha with chicken. The pad Thai is more hit and miss, but everything always tastes very fresh. Since we've eaten there a few times, I did try another one of their soups at one point. I added their mix of seafood. I don't recommend it. It surprised me how much I disliked the texture of everything. It just put me off. That's why I am giving them a four star review. One the whole, this place is one of the better doordash options in Watsonville. They use great produce. It tastes fresh and authentic. You can't go wrong if you choose things you really like.
