Pizza Ranch - Watertown

I love Pizza Ranch in Watertown. The food is always good and the new remodel is AMAZING! Definately a destination restaurant in Watertown.

We dined in and had a very nice meal! Everything was so tasty and hot!

Phoned in a to go order. They said the weight would be 25 minutes before food ready. I picked up food 25 minutes later and drove home which took 7 minutes. We removed the chicken from the bags and it was all soggy. Fried Chicken is supposed to be crispy. Apparently it was ready and under the heat lamp and a lot less time than 25 minutes.

Pizza Ranch of Watertown recently had a remodel, which was rather disappointing. The private rooms were removed in favor of an expanded Fun Zone. The food stands were placed much closer together, resulting in frequent crowding. Along with that, drink dispensers, cutlery, and plates were moved to the opposite end of the stands, requirng custmers to cross through foot traffic. Despite this, the food never disappoints.

It is pretty pitiful when I have been ordering delivery for seven or eight years and getting what I want. Now they went and did all this fancy remodeling and I was told I had to order $50 or more before I could ever get a delivery. What does a senior, Living alone, need with $50 or more worth of food, not to mention on SS, we cannot afford that. It’s disgraceful if you ask me, but I guess they have to pay for their new building. ?Wheelchair accessibility: No comment.
