Wendy's Old Fshnd Hamburgers - Waterloo

I have visited this restaurant many times and have always been satisfied with their excellent service and high-quality food. However, on one occasion when we tried to place an online order, the printer was unplugged, causing a delay in our experience. This seemed like a rare occurrence, but it did impact our overall efficiency.

This Wendy's restaurant is excellent. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our Frosty along with a spoon while waiting for our hamburgers, as no other place does that. The Frosty and hamburgers were both amazing, and the customer service was great too!

Kim is absolutely delightful and brings a refreshing energy to the restaurant. Her customer service skills are top-notch and she has a way of making everyone feel exceptionally welcome, regardless of age, gender, or order. Her positive attitude is contagious and always leaves customers feeling happy.

Ketchup splattered all over the cupboard doors and No one clean it up. I spent about an hour there and the ketchup was still on the doors when I left.

Visited this place for dinner after a long day. The meal was really not upto the mark as we had expected from Wendy's. Had it for the first time and said never to repeat. Sorry
