Starbucks - Waterloo

The employee Katt provided exceptional customer service to me and a friend. She was very motivational and encouraging. She deserves a raise. 10/10

Normally I do not have an issue with this location however I ordered Uber eats tonight and I ordered 2 iced blonde hazelnut lattes with 2 pumps of vanilla added. What I received was a cup of milk with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup. I don’t pay almost $20 for 2 drinks for it to not be made properly.

Starbucks is starbucks. The only thing that can make it different is how it feels and how good their service is.They have good and quick service and all the staff is really interactive.Vegetarian options: Please have more.

I was trying to find an online survey but couldn’t find it. I came here to get my drink because I work in the same plaza. The person that served me her name is Berry. Made the drink super nicely it seemed to have been done from the heart I think she deserves a promotion. If you are the manager reading this please let her know that she’s doing a great job. Thank you Berry!

I love this place! I just want it to be open for longer hours. 8pm seems too early.
