Great selection of menu items at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, rice pudding is no longer

We were visiting St. Jacobs and it was getting late so we decided to look for a nice place to eat. My girlfriend checked the area and found this place on the internet. Ratings were good so we figured why not. This is one of those out of the way in a plaza small restaurants that you would probably just drive by but it turned out to be a great choice. Food was delicious and prices were good. Service was good. Next time we're in the area this will be our go to restaurant.

What a lovely mom and pop shop. The hospitality and customer service was well above average. I ordered for pick up. I had a wonderful chat with the server.I ordered the meatloaf with mashed potato's and grave and the turkey with fries. I added the battered mushrooms. Everything was delicious. The turkey was juicy and moist and the meatloaf was also moist yet well constructed. Both dishes came with carrots that were cooked tender but still firm. We chose Cole slaw as our side and it was lovely. The restaurant itself is located in a strip mall and therefore has a lot of parking. The interior is warm, scrubbed clean and inviting. I would even say it was charming.

This restaurant is one of those places that grows familiarly on you.The food is always highly flavourful and the variety of offerings could be daunting at times!Regardless, the food is of a high quality.The service is always friendly. Ask for Jenny or Lois.When leaving, browse the well stocked pie showcase.They are always fresh and the taste is impeccable.This place is a must visit when in Waterloo.

Very tasty and hearty breakfast in a lovely atmosphere; very pretty Fall and Halloween decorations. The restaurant feels more like a dinning hall than a dinner because the dinning room is spacious and open. What would be good to see on the menu in the future is a smaller eggs Benny for those who just want one egg. I didn’t try their deserts but look how gorgeous they present. I’m sure they’re delicious!
