Broadsheet - Waterloo

This is such a good idea to have dishes across various really restaurants and chefs and presented in one restaurant. It adds an element of fun and surprise to the experience. The wine list is brilliant. The suggested wines on the wine list are from small boutique Australian wineries that produce excellent wines. We absolutely loved the Vinteloper Touriga Nacional. My husband and I had a great evening. Thank you.

A great concept. The food was delicious, probably came out a little too fast but overall a great experience. Only downside was we had to return our coffee as it arrived and it was cold. The staff were fantastic!

The service was outstanding. Our waitress was so lovely and explained everything down to a tee. This hands down made the experience including matching our wines and cocktails to each of our courses. The the ambience of the venue is great and the fit out is incredible, simple but elegant and very in style. Well done broadsheet you have done well. So glad we got to make it here while it was open.

I rarely complain about value of a place. Food was fantastic, all the dishes were really well prepared. The menu look liked it was well priced but unfortunately the portion sizes were really really small.

My disappointing experience could be contributed to my high expectations but also the lack of staff knowledge, the speed at which food came out and lack of staff attention when you needed something. I don't know how many different staff asked us if we wanted a cocktail but when advised of our preference decided not to listen and recommend exactly what we did not want. The concept is fantastic but they need to go back to the drawing board to get this concept right. We were in an out within 40 mins and left hungry so went next door to Mojo which was far more accommodating and offered a cheese plate that included more than one piece of cheese. My advice to anyone who wants to go is....the menu is limited, if you have a specific dietary requirement call in advance as it is unlikely they have the capability to provide for you on the spot. The produce is either sub standard or just old, fury tomatoes in a dish where they are one of the main ingredient's, is not acceptable if that was my restaurant dish i would be having stern words to the chef.
