Kfc - Waterloo

I have received an order through the drive thru, only half of my order and the huh was completely mush? beyond disappointed! *her manager candace was amazing! Not only did she refund my money, she also gave us fresh bun because of the experience we had and how far we drove.

Used the convenient online pickup and go. Order was accurate and still fairly hot when I got home. Only negative is sometimes the Waterloo one is so busy, especially the drive thru, it makes it really hard to pull in and out of there.

I haven't had kfc in years so I stopped in and ordered a family meal. I was waiting for my order and i watched workers snacking on food while Preparing my meal. When I got home I got out the chicken and it was poorly breaded and very greasy.

Always loved KFC since I was a kid. Still good as always.

Got the right food at least this time but shell's where soft and stale had hard tacos.
