I can't say enough good things about the waterford gino. I ordered from here for the last two birthday parties I had and it was perfect. I've been ordering from here for three years and never had a problem. the pizza is always right and hot. I'm going to the pizza joint in waterford! highly recommended.
Pizza was badly done, sat on the often long enough to crack the crust, but who is guilty? the website said 25 minutes, clearly, she had done it long before. double cheese ordered, but in any case 't get double cheese. not my home, but I needed a pizza and King/University location is open late.
Order here often tonight was extremely disappointing kartoffel wedges were soggy we asked twice to be extra crispy and pizza had not double cheese as ordered. for a $65 dollar order when we called customer service, we were offered $10 dollars from the next order. dissatisfied and will find a new pizza place to order from and disappointed in ginos. I am glad to say that we have returned to ginos and the pizza and keile were delicious. we appreciate that the manager has taken the time to contact us personally to do this right. thanks ginos.
After a not the best experience which was made much worse by the call centre and the customer service received over the phone with the said call centre and it 's management. Hettle (sorry if misspelt the owner reached out to me directly and offered to make things right. After a few weeks, we had the time and ordered directly with the owner over the phone. I have to say she really went over and above, and it was quite simply the best Gino 's food and experience ever received. We always ordered through Gino 's while we lived in Hamilton and in no means do they compare to the service nor quality we received last night. Everyone must remember, this is a franchise and the call centre is not a reflection of the independent owner, even though this is the first point of contact, they cannot speak for the actual owner, the call centre. If you can, skip the call centre altogether, call the location directly, you will not be disappointed : Hettle, thank you very much!
