The Clamdigger - Waterbury

I traveled all the way from New York to enjoy the fresh, never-greasy, and budget-friendly food here! The friendly staff and fast service definitely deserve an extra star. I tried the clam strip basket, and the breading was light and not greasy at all; the clams practically melted in my mouth. The owner playfully questioned my choice of hot sauce for my meal, which added to the fun experience. I'm looking forward to bringing my family soon to try the lobster roll!

This restaurant offers incredibly fresh food, and their fish and chips are absolutely amazing. It's a friendly, down-to-earth place. They even provide take-out boxes that keep your leftovers as fresh and tasty as when you first ordered them.

My food was great! It went straight from the kitchen to my plate in just a few minutes. I am definitely doing back.
