"While the bagels were decent, there were a few issues with service that impacted my experience. The restaurant seemed to lack some of the items on the menu, which made it difficult to enjoy my meal fully. Overall, I would rate the food as 3 out of 5."

The staff here move so slowly that it feels like they might start going backward soon. I honestly felt like I was being pranked. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such unmotivated and lackluster workers.

This is by far the worse dunkin I have ever stepped foot into. Every time my family order from here there seem to be a problem with getting the orders right, we wait in the the drive through for 5 to 10 mins to be waited on. The crazy part about the wait time is there is no other cars in front of us or at the window when this is happening. I don't understand what the problem is at this location. This only happens when the afternoon shift is on. I have never had issues at any other dunkins. This has happened multiple times and yet evey time I try to give them credit and try again. This is sad there are so many people out there that need jobs and yet the ones working could care less about the opportunities they have been given to work.
