Cream Rolls - Watauga

My kids love the whole rolled ice cream experience but our usual spot got closed down so I was glad to see that cream rolls was not too far away. They have some decent choices for mix ins which I thought was neat because we haven't had those before and the ice cream only serves as a base so you need to choose mix ins to make it your own. I didn't like that our toppings didn't look like photos that were on the menu. They were cut in half but the photo had whole cookies or brownies which is what I was expecting so that was a little disappointing. We would like to try them again, the strawberry ice cream with pound cake was my favorite, it tasted like strawberry shortcake.

Very sub standard service. Unplaced an order, charged over $40 then after 25 minute wait, the order was canceled. Was told the business decided to close early...... Absolutely horrible service! The late cancellation screwed up my dinner plans. Don 't waste your time or money.

Seems good I have no problem with the workers they're good the place is filthy the floors are dirty the bathrooms dirty it's disgusting. Ice cream is good.

We lover our rolled ice cream. It was tasty and beautifully presented. Hubby and son played connect 4 while waiting for their ice cream.

Delightful the ice cream it’s self wasn’t soft but delicious. I’ll stick to custard but for those who are wondering I had a number four
