Brotherhood, America's Oldest Winery

We visited the winery and restaurant for a quick snack. We've wanted to come here for a long time. We each tried a flight and both liked several wines, so we bought a case! We really liked the 1839 restaurant. Great ambiance and food. We shared poutinethat was fabulous!!! I recommend both!

Well. First time in winery. Still here. Lovely place to hang out your family and friends. And you can taste many kinds of wines!!! It?s really worth it to come here spending time with your people. Also live music!

Great venue! The wine cellar tour was an interesting experience, but it could really use a significant refresh to enhance its appeal. Since it's a major part of the overall tour, the presence of mold throughout the area is concerning and not healthy to breathe in. Perhaps that’s the aesthetic they’re aiming for, but I’m not so sure... I can imagine that this place is lovely for hanging out and enjoying wine in the summer, but I would recommend sticking to the wine shop for now.

We visited for a tour combined with a tasting, which we booked online in advance. The parking and check-in process was straightforward. Our tour guide was fantastic, leading us through several outdoor locations before primarily taking us into the cellar. The cellar was impressive, filled with vintage artifacts, a mix of old and new wine and champagne bottles, as well as barrels of various ages. It was fascinating to see the barrels currently being used for aging wine. We even had the opportunity to watch an employee siphoning wine. After the tour, we proceeded to the main tasting room, where our guide provided excellent insights into the wines we sampled.

Fantastic restaurant! There’s plenty of parking available. We visited with a large group at the beginning of November and had a wonderful time soaking up the unexpectedly warm weather for the season. There was a live band performing outside, which added to the atmosphere. We absolutely loved the wine selection; we left with 16 bottles among five of us and enjoyed a great 25% discount! Incredible experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and the bathrooms and entire facility were clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be returning!
