bluebird Kitchen and Bar - Warwick

I am a BBQ master and if I say these guys are good, please take it as an experienced opinion. This was the best commercially available BBQ I cost and I cost a lot. The brisket was full of beef flavor with the right amount of smoke. The chicken wings where excellent and a little crispy. The sausage had a nice chewing gum and the spice mixture was nice. The pig was the big surprise, with the guys bored with pulled pork in BBQ sauce and switches it by cooking it Cuban style. That was a hit and what I didn't know I needed in my life. I will add this to my own repertoire in the near future. The sides were excellent and went well to the soft taco/tortilla with some of the pigs. The service was excellent and friendly with the team like to share some BBQ stories and information how they cook their meat. The value for money was also excellent. The only drawback is that I couldn't fit in anymore and had to go home sometime. All that's left is for me to leave my recommendation that you have to come out here and give them an attempt. You won't regret it.

I visited in the morning, so I only bought coffee, but the smokers smell amazing and the staff was so friendly. They were more than happy to answer all questions about the cooking process. Must come back to taste the meat.

You can smell the smokey aroma from quite a distance and it attracts you. We have here for a late lunch with chance and very glad we did it. The meat was perfectly smoked, tender and juicy with a rich aroma. The portions are decent in view of the price and always two half portions was a good way to try more of the BBQ meat selection. The mangoslave was tangy and perfectly paired. The mood of the place was also quite cool.

Delicious! All right. We ever had a burger (Mojo Burnt Cheeseburger) and Pommes. Everything was so delicious. The tomato sauce with the frits was also yum. We stop here when we travel through Warwick for work. Make yourself a favor and try it!

I've never tasted a meat so soft as this! It cuts thought like butter, the food came super fast, really good!!
